Now - A Faster, Easier Way To Achieve Airway Management...

The single-use S.A.L.T. (Supraglottic Airway Laryngopharyngeal Tube) allows for fast, safe and effective airway management for BLS and ALS. It is simply inserted as a basic Oropharyngeal Airway, allowing you to ventilate the patient by delivering air to the tracheal opening. When the time comes to intubate the patient, an endotracheal tube is passed through the center of the device into the trachea.

With features such as tactile ridges and device midline indicator, it's ideal for easy insertion in low light environments. It includes an ET tube clip, latex-free securing strap, enhanced glottic guide plus a lubricating water soluble gel pack.

The Device offers many significant advantages:

  • No need to stop CPR in order to intubate
  • Fast, safe and effective
  • Reduces procedure time
  • Easy to in-service staff
  • Establishes a new practice for Airway Management
  • Low cost

Patent Pending
Using glottic guide, insert S.A.L.T. into the patient's oropharynx, grasp the proximal end of the S.A.L.T. and advance the airway. Stop advancing when resistance is encountered, indicating the S.A.L.T. is against the corniculate cartilage and/or the depth indicator ring rests against the lips or gumline. Introduce endotracheal tube into S.A.L.T. ventilate like an OPA, stopping at appropriate depth. Verify tube placement. Secure using provided clamp and strap. Re-verify tube placement.

The S.A.L.T. device is intended for use by trained medical providers only. Complete instructions for use of S.A.L.T. are provided with purchase or available upon request. The above represents only an overview of instructions for use and does not include all information required for safe application.
